The website builder for agencies

Walk into every pitch with the website already built.

Stop selling mockups. Spin up a prospect's finished, live website from their Google profile before the first call — then convert the yes into a managed client site with margin built in.

Two kinds of sites

For show. For keeps.

Your plan gives you live show slots to win clients. When one signs, eject their site to a keeper license — a real managed website you bill them for.

For show — win the client

Live pitch sites that cost you nothing extra per prospect. Spin up, send the link, swap looks on a call.

  • Built from the prospect's real Google profile in a minute
  • Live on the web — they can click around on their phone
  • All 10 templates; change the look mid-pitch
  • Plan sets how many run at once — recycle slots as you close

For keeps — bill the client

One click ejects a show site into a standalone client license — same power end users get, at rates that leave room for you.

  • Client's own domain, dashboard, editor and AI tools
  • Per-site license billed to you from $12–19/mo by plan
  • You bill the client at your price — margin is yours
  • Doesn't consume a show slot — pitch the next one

The pipeline

From cold prospect to monthly retainer.

01

Find the prospect

Type any local business name. We build their complete site from their real Google profile — reviews, services, hours, the lot.

02

Make it irresistible

Flip the same business through 10 premium templates and send the link. A live site with their name on it beats any slide deck ever made.

03

Close the deal

The prospect is looking at their own finished website. You're not selling a promise — you're asking if they want to keep it.

04

Eject to a keeper

One click converts the show site to a managed client license on its own domain — full dashboard, AI tools and editing, at agency rates you mark up.

Portfolio copilot

Ten clients. One morning. Every site improving.

The work that used to eat your week — auditing every client site, planning content, scheduling posts — becomes a review-and-approve session.

  • Run a portfolio check: AI reviews every client site and flags what's stale, thin or missing
  • Per-client growth plans — money pages, supporting articles, city pages — with credit costs attached
  • Set a cadence per client and let the article queue fill itself, scheduled weeks ahead
  • Approve everything in one sitting; the queue publishes on schedule while you sell

Agency questions, answered.

What's a show slot?

A show slot is a live, hosted website you've spun up to pitch a prospect — real URL, real content, fully browsable. Your plan caps how many are live at once. Close the client (or move on) and the slot frees up for the next pitch.

What happens when I eject a site to a keeper?

It becomes a standalone client license on its own subscription — custom domain, full editing dashboard, AI credits, auto-posting. It stops counting against your show slots, and your per-site rate is well below our retail pricing, so your margin is built in.

Who bills the client?

You do. Client licenses bill to your agency at your plan's per-site rate; you charge your clients whatever your service is worth. They never see our pricing.

Can clients edit their own sites?

Your call. Hand them dashboard access for self-serve edits, keep it agency-managed, or both. Every site has the same editor and AI tools either way.

Is it white-label?

Show sites can run on your own demo domains, and client sites live on the client's domain. Nothing customer-facing says LocalSitesBuilder unless you want it to.

Do AI credits pool across sites?

Yes — your plan's monthly credits are one pool you can spend on any show site or client site: rewrites, pages, images, scheduled articles.
